Richard Garner was always interested in people and their stories. A natural communicator from an early age, Richard, not surprisingly pursued a post academic career in television broadcasting. He quickly found success as a top young producer, working primarily in sports television for the early part of his career. But the diversity of people and stories outside of sports led Richard to pursue new opportunities outside of the world of sports.
In 2004, Richard wrote, produced and directed “The Healing of a Nation: Rwanda 10 years later”, a documentary highlighting the difficult healing process a decade after the 1994 Genocide.
In 2006, Richard lived and worked in Ghana as a senior instructor for Journalists for Human Rights. Upon returning from that life changing experience, Richard returned to his sports media roots, agreeing to head up the launch of a new satellite radio station for The Score and Sirius Satellite radio. After a successful stint overseeing “Hardcore Sports Radio” as well as hosting their flagship show “Drive This”, Richard was promoted to V.P. of Programming for The Score Television Network while continuing his duties overseeing Hardcore Sports Radio. In 2009, Richard left The Score to pursue his own entrepreneurial venture, an online digital media platform/social media community.
In 2012, he took the position of V.P. of Media and Communications for The Stronach Group. In 2014, Richard returned to broadcast television as V.P. of Programming for Afro Global Television.

Garvin Teelucksingh has had a long career in the direct marketing space and in the application of research, data analytics, CRM, and competitive analysis to enhance the marketing experience.
He has held roles such as: National Manager, Account Implementation Phonettix Intellicom, Site Director for Teletech Canada, SDS Manager (Reporting, Benchmarking and Data Analytics), Pension Services Manager for the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan, and Director of Operations MMI.
Garvin’s specialty is analytics and research so clients can understand the drivers of their business, the competitive landscape and have a keen awareness of their business environment and to translate this into effective strategic plans.

Andrew first started his professional career in web development as the Director of Electronic Media for the Equicom Group, Canada’s largest investor relations & financial communications company.
Since the earliest years of the internet Andrew has successfully lead the development of literally hundreds of website projects, in the operating capacities of Web Developer, Technology Director, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder respectively.
Andrew is an online advertising and customer acquisition expert. He has provided leadership and success in private client revenue growth harnessing all major social media and PPC platforms including Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Doubleclick networks.
Andrew has worked with entertainment industry client brands such as Elton John, George Michael, Mark Knopfler, Ted Nugent, Blue Rodeo and David Gray providing ecommerce design, advertising and visitor analytics, marketing funnel strategies and customer acquisition campaigns.
Working in both proprietary and open source code, Andrews past work includes production of a vast array of websites for a veritable who’s who in Canadian Biotech, including Paladin Labs, Nexia Biotechnologies, Bioniche Lifesciences, Conjuchem Inc, Canadian Medical Laboratories (CML) Inc., Hemosol Inc., Cryocath Technologies, Provis Inc. and many others.

Eric Vengroff, MBA

Mr. Vengroff, has a broad base of expertise in enterprise business management, with a long career managing information systems for large not-for-profit membership organizations. Formerly the President & CEO of Fifty-Plus.Net (now ZoomerMedia Ltd.) and formerly General Manager of CARP, Eric is a Financial Analyst, industry commentator and current publisher of several news websites with a deep history of advocacy for the ageing; Mr. Vengroff serves as a distinguished member of several boards of directors and brings senior business management, leadership and expert financial guidance to any organization.
Eric is a Google-certified marketing and customer acquisition specialist. Line management experience with Internet marketing, website development and design, as well as SEO/SEM and the development and management of social networks.
His work at CARP has provided a broad base of expertise in issues relating to the 50+ demographic and elderly populations in North America and Western Europe. This knowledge base encompasses income needs, health issues, housing and residential alternatives, market access to medications, and recreational activities.
Eric has also built commercial and residential developments in Houston, Texas, including affordable senior’s housing. Eric served on the board of FPN and ZoomerMedia Ltd from 1999-2008 and continues to serve on boards of private corporations & charitable organizations.

He worked on various RnD high tech projects delivering technological advancements in several industries.
